Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Strategy Support: Contribute to and execute our B2B sales strategy, helping position us as a go-to gaming platform provider internationally—with a focus on Latam, Africa, Asia markets.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and pursue high-value leads in target markets, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and continuous client acquisition.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding in coordination with other internal teams.

  • Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and consistently delivering value.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Product, Business Development, and Tech teams to align our solutions with market trends and client feedback.

  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed revenue goals, regularly report on KPIs, and contribute to forecasting and planning discussions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales within the iGaming, Sports Betting, or related technology sectors.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling international sales teams, particularly with experience or interest in the Indian and crypto gaming markets.

  • Exceptional track record in client acquisition, retention, and growing sales pipelines to meet and exceed challenging revenue targets.

  • Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities, adept at navigating and thriving in highly competitive, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to inspire teams, negotiate effectively at senior levels, and deliver compelling value propositions.

  • Highly motivated, proactive leader with a strategic "hunter" mindset, driven by results and sustained growth.
