We are looking for a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to join our team, focusing on CRM, marketing optimization, and tracking analytics within our growing platform. OpenTag is an international company in the field of sports betting and gaming.

Our mission is to create a great sports betting platform through empowered teams centralized around our product.

Together we are creating a fantastic sports betting platform using cutting-edge technologies like Micro Frontends, Microservices, Layered architecture, Multitenancy, Monorepo, and Code Federation. You will work in a cross-functional Scrum team together with other Developers, QAs, PO and Technical PM.


Job requirements

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Acquisition (ACQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), VIP, and Customer Service teams to optimize our CRM system, aligning usage across teams and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Customer Engagement Insights: Analyze customer data to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving more personalized and effective engagement with our user base.

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate on new sales and marketing campaigns by building targeted customer segments and tracking engagement metrics to assess campaign performance.

  • Performance Analysis: Review and analyze the performance of marketing units, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive optimization of our acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Analytics and Tracking Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement tracking strategies using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps. Guide teams on what to track and how to gather actionable insights effectively.

  • Optimization Strategy Development: Design and implement advanced strategies for acquisition and retention, ensuring our campaigns are consistently optimized for the highest impact.

  • Proactive Business Monitoring: Maintain a proactive approach to monitoring business performance, seeking out ways to improve processes and outcomes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience working with ACQ, CRM, and VIP functions, ideally within the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of the sector’s unique dynamics.

  • Data Analysis and Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to analyze extensive datasets, with advanced Excel skills and experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as essential tools for tracking and reporting. Familiarity with SQL for data querying is a plus.

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a critical approach to question assumptions and derive unbiased conclusions.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Capable of translating complex data insights into straightforward recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to listen actively to customer feedback and translate it into meaningful CRM solutions that meet their needs.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, enabling smooth coordination across departments and effective project completion.
